Whilst we try to package our products in a way to minimise the possibility of damage, from time to time things do get broken in transit.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days, with a description of the problem.

A photo may also be needed to help us find the best solution to the problem, (Replacement, or a full or Partial Refund) Photos can be emailed to sales@personaliseitproducts.com.au
