Shipping and Returns

  • We ship all of our items via Australia Post.

  • When purchasing multiple items, the shipping cost is calculated by the total combined weight of the items.

  • The combined shipping cost will be calculated automatically during check-out.

  • For Special or bulk orders, Please contact us for a quote before ordering.

  • Whilst we try to package our products in a way to minimise the possibility of damage, from time to time things do get broken in transit.

  • If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days, with a description of the problem.

  • A photo may also be needed to help us find the best solution to the problem,  (Replacement, or a full or Partial Refund) Photos can be emailed to sales@personaliseitproducts.com.au

  • Please choose your items carefully, as because the products are personalised, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
